RETURNS & EXcHANGE
All orders including custom orders are final with no refunds or exchange. Please email us at info@krysteliart.com for any questions or concern regarding your orders no longer than 2 days after receiving the order. If store credit were to be issued under any circumstance, please note, we will not credit the shipping cost as it is directly paid to the shipping providers.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
U.S Shipping Only
Krysteliart currently only offer domestic shipping to the U.S. + free domestic shipping on orders over $50 USD, excluding Custom Orders. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied. Free shipping will be automatically applied once the minimum is met.
Shipping Calculations
Shipping cost is based on the weight of the package and destination, shipping from Atlanta, GA. We ship via Fedex or USPS.
Lost Packages
Please be sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item is showed delivered to the address provided. If you experience your package is lost, please contact us right away so that we can begin looking into it with the mail carrier.
Damaged Packages
If you received your order and the products are in any way damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at sara@krysteliart.com. Photos of the damaged products are required.
Custom Order Processing
Custom orders typically take about 2–3 weeks to process and ship. If your order is time sensitive please contact us before placing your order.

Krystelia is my middle name and since it’s a brand that displays my lettering work, it just flows… Krysteliart.

How can I track my order?
We'll email you the tracking number once it's shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is process, we will not be able to cancel your order. Custom Orders are all final. Custom Orders deposits are not refundable.
Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
